Hey guys!! I had a pretty rough week because I had my finals :( Can't wait to get my grades tho. Today I brought one of my smoothie recipes. However this one is different because it has a special ingredient, Carrot!!! I am not a big fan of them, but they are really good for you, that's why I like to include them in my drink ahhahah because thank to the other fruits, it doesn't taste like it has Carrots at all.
Ingredients: Time: 5min ; 1 serving
- 1/2 Mango
- 1 carrot
- Soy milk (as you like, it depends on how thick you want it to be)
