Decide. Commit. Succeed.


Hey guys, welcome back!! I hope you are having an awesome summer. This past few days I've had some time to meditate, go to the gym and figure some things out. I realized how impotant is to follow a healthy lifestyle and take care of ourselves. I've been always aware of that, but I don't know why this week in particular. Here are some tips that I think are very important to know 

Every new day is a chance to change your life - It's really important to know that it's never to late to do something. So if you think you need a radical change in you life, go for it.You will never regret because if you don't do it you will live with we the doubt, what if...? Remember: BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!!

Remember why you started - This is cucial. If you always keep in mind the reason why you started doing what you are doing, you will focus more on achieving you goal and it will be hader for you to give up and quit. Write it down if it's necessary, but always remember why you started because it will motivate you and give you the strength succeed.

Healthy is not about the weight you lose, but about the life you gain - Many people believe that going to the gym means that you are on a diet and that you want to lose weight. This is true for some people but not for everyone. In fact I like exercising because it makes me feel better and it helps me scape from reality and blow off steam. By playing sports and going to the gym you will feel more active and healthier, the best feeling of all.
